High Power LED Module (design R&D Litek), independant from both an electrical and mechanical point of view, high performance for application in existing luminaires/lanterns specifically designed for LED technology. Excellent extruded anodised aluminium heatsink and custom-made face plate with long-lasting polyester aluminium powder coated “Anthracite” RAL 7016 embossed colour (“Silver” RAL 9006 embossed, or other colours on request), with protective screen in extra-clear 5 mm tempered glass. Neutral light colour 4000 K (available on request with light: warm 3000 K, warmer 2700 K, and very warm 2200 K), totally cut-off certified light emission according to Standards against light pollution. Optics are made of a ceramic- based high-power LED MULTICHIP in the STANDARD version, and high-power street MULTIDIE in the ECO versions, with direct welding on 15/10 pure aluminium circuits; LEDs are electrically isolated from the heat dissipation system, Vdc constant current LED driving system (from 350 to 700 mA). Several types of functionalities/ignition (RO, OF, DMP, DM, TLC, DA, NFC, NEMA, LUMAWISE, CLO); excellent LITEK heat dissipation system as TCS (Thermal Cooling System) with automatic safety temperature control. Power supply 110/240Volt 50/60Hz, power factor corrected to cos-fi ≥0.95, insulation class 2 (class 1 on request), electronic ballast with very high efficiency microprocessor control, totally resin-coated (Made in Italy) with overvoltage protection up to 10kV both in common mode and in differential mode, max nominal power 125W; fast power connection joint. Degrees of protection IP66 and IK08, patented anti-condensation system, external bolts in stainless steel, weight about 8.5 kg. CE marking. Device and driver are Made in Italy.
